Job Description:
The Account Services Manager leads client relationship management and coordinates cross-functional efforts to deliver effective advertising and marketing solutions. Based in Umm Salal, Qatar, this role acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all campaigns align with client objectives, brand strategy, and performance expectations.
Responsibilities include managing client accounts from briefing to execution, preparing proposals and reports, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating seamless communication between creative, media, production, and strategy teams. The manager is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction.
This position demands a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The Account Services Manager plays a critical role in translating client goals into actionable campaign plans.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in client services or account management within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
Skills:
Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
Proven project and team coordination experience.
Solid understanding of campaign strategy, KPIs, and creative processes.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver to tight deadlines.
Skilled in preparing presentations, briefs, and performance reports.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
