Job Description:
The Advertising Workflow Coordinator ensures the smooth execution and timely progression of advertising projects from concept through delivery. Based in Doha, Qatar, this role supports creative and account teams by organizing schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing approvals for campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.
Key responsibilities include creating detailed project timelines, coordinating internal team workflows, updating task status in project management systems, and communicating with stakeholders to address bottlenecks or revisions. The coordinator monitors each step of the campaign lifecycle, ensuring assets are produced, reviewed, and delivered on time and within scope.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The coordinator serves as a central point of communication between departments, vendors, and sometimes clients, helping teams stay aligned and campaigns run efficiently.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years in advertising coordination, production traffic, or project administration roles.
Skills:
Proficiency with workflow/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Strong communication and scheduling abilities.
Familiarity with creative and production timelines.
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
