Job Description:
The Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive new customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels in Al Shahaniya, Qatar. This role focuses on performance marketing, customer segmentation, and channel optimization to grow the brand’s user base and revenue.
Core duties include planning paid media campaigns (including search, display, social, and affiliate), managing media budgets, optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and working closely with creative and analytics teams to improve conversion rates. The manager also oversees A/B testing, attribution modeling, and the integration of customer insights into campaign development.
This is a data-driven role that requires continual analysis of marketing performance to identify growth opportunities, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure ROI-positive marketing. The Acquisition Marketing Manager collaborates cross-functionally with product, content, and CRM teams to support a cohesive user journey from awareness to conversion.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 5–7 years in acquisition marketing or performance-driven growth roles.
Skills:
Deep expertise in paid search, display, social, and programmatic advertising.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and customer segmentation.
Analytical mindset with strong ROI focus and campaign testing knowledge.
Budget management and reporting capabilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
