Job Description:
The Advertising Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated advertising campaigns across various media platforms in Al Khor, Qatar. This role is crucial in ensuring that campaigns align with the brand’s objectives, resonate with the target audience, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and ROI.
Key duties include developing campaign strategies, coordinating with creative and media planning teams, managing budgets, setting KPIs, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets. The manager also works closely with external agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency across digital, print, broadcast, and out-of-home media.
Regular performance analysis, optimization of live campaigns, and post-campaign reporting are integral to the role. The Advertising Campaign Manager must be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in campaign management, media planning, or advertising strategy.
Skills:
Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising and media buying.
Proficiency in campaign performance tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
Other Requirements:
Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with creative agencies.
Experience in budgeting and ROI tracking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
