Job Description:
The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating brand activation initiatives that bring marketing strategies to life and engage target audiences directly. Based in Al Khor, Qatar, this role focuses on creating immersive brand experiences through events, promotions, sponsorships, and in-store campaigns that drive consumer connection and brand equity.
Key responsibilities include developing activation concepts aligned with brand goals, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with creative and logistics teams, and partnering with vendors and agencies. The manager also ensures activations are executed flawlessly, captures performance data, and provides post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and consumer engagement.
This role blends creative thinking with hands-on execution and demands strong project management skills. The Brand Activation Manager plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility and consumer loyalty through memorable brand touchpoints.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in brand activation, experiential marketing, or field marketing roles.
Skills:
Expertise in organizing events, sponsorships, and promotional activations.
Strong project and vendor management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with executional excellence.
Familiarity with consumer behavior and audience engagement techniques.
Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and logistics coordination.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends during events.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of the Qatari market and cultural trends is a plus.
