Job Description:
The Ad Campaign Production Lead manages the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and brand standards. Based in Al Gharrafa, Qatar, this role is responsible for coordinating the production of creative assets, overseeing timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration among creative, media, and account management teams.
Key duties include developing production schedules, managing vendor and agency relationships, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of print, digital, video, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising materials. The Production Lead also oversees quality control, compliance with brand guidelines, and ensures campaign assets are correctly formatted and delivered to the appropriate media channels.
This role bridges the gap between creative vision and media execution. It requires excellent organizational skills, creative understanding, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Production Lead ensures that each campaign is delivered on-brand, on time, and on budget.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in advertising production, campaign execution, or project management roles.
Skills:
Expertise in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of print, digital, video, and OOH production processes.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Excellent time management and stakeholder coordination.
Quality assurance and brand compliance expertise.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
