Job Description:
The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for developing, expanding, and optimizing the company’s affiliate marketing strategy in Al Rayyan, Qatar. This role involves recruiting and managing a network of affiliate partners to drive traffic, leads, and revenue through performance-based marketing initiatives.
Key duties include identifying potential affiliate partners, onboarding new affiliates, creating promotional assets, and managing day-to-day communications. The manager tracks affiliate performance metrics, ensures compliance with campaign guidelines, and implements strategies to increase conversion rates and partner satisfaction.
Collaboration with digital marketing, content, and analytics teams is essential to align affiliate campaigns with broader business objectives. The role also includes negotiating commission structures, analyzing ROI, and optimizing outreach and engagement based on performance data.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in affiliate marketing or digital partnership roles.
Skills:
Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Impact).
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to create compelling affiliate communications and offers.
Understanding of SEO, digital traffic channels, and conversion optimization.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
