Job Description:
The Advertising Client Manager serves as the strategic bridge between clients and the advertising agency, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and performance in Al Rayyan, Qatar. This senior client-facing role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts, guiding the internal teams to meet client objectives, and ensuring quality service delivery across advertising platforms including TV, radio, digital, and print.
Key responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, presenting creative concepts and media plans to clients, setting performance benchmarks, and tracking KPIs to ensure alignment with brand goals. The manager will coordinate with creative directors, copywriters, digital marketers, and media planners to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client expectations.
Client relationship building, negotiation, budget management, and problem resolution are core aspects of the role. The Advertising Client Manager also plays a role in business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to pitch presentations for new clients.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 4–6 years in advertising account management, preferably with experience handling large campaigns across multiple channels.
Skills:
Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in advertising metrics and campaign analysis tools.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to interpret creative and media strategies for clients.
Organizational prowess with attention to detail.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Flexibility to attend client meetings, reviews, and activations outside of standard hours.
Strong understanding of the Qatari media and consumer landscape.
Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and maintaining long-term client relationships.
