Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a talented Animator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Animator in the Creative Art & Design industry, your primary responsibility will be to create visually captivating and engaging animations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with a passion for animation and storytelling to contribute their creative talents to our organization. Responsibilities: Create high-quality 2D or 3D animations for various projects, including but not limited to films, advertisements, video games, and multimedia presentations. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and animatics that align with project goals and client requirements. Utilize animation software and tools to bring characters, objects, and environments to life, ensuring fluid movement, realistic physics, and attention to detail. Develop character designs, backgrounds, and visual effects to enhance the overall aesthetic and narrative of the animation. Implement sound effects, music, and voiceovers to complement the animation and enhance the storytelling experience. Collaborate with other animators, artists, and designers to maintain consistency in style, visual quality, and storytelling throughout the production process. Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in animation technology. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Take feedback from clients, directors, or supervisors and make necessary adjustments to the animation. Maintain organized files and documentation of animation assets and project progress.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or similar tools). Strong portfolio showcasing previous animation work, demonstrating a range of styles and techniques. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and anticipation. Knowledge of character design, rigging, and animation pipelines. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. Creativity and the ability to think critically to solve visual and technical challenges. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. A bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
