Job Description:
The Architectural 3D Modeler in Lusail, Qatar, plays a critical role in visualizing architectural projects by creating detailed and accurate 3D models. This position supports architects, designers, and planners by transforming blueprints and sketches into digital 3D representations that aid in design review, presentations, and client approvals.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality 3D models of buildings, landscapes, and urban environments using specialized software. The modeler collaborates with architects and visualization teams to ensure models are precise, realistic, and aligned with project specifications. Additionally, they may assist with rendering, animation, and virtual walkthroughs to enhance stakeholder understanding.
In Qatar’s rapidly developing construction and real estate sector, this role helps bridge design concepts with practical visualization, contributing to efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Modeling.
Experience: 2–5 years in architectural 3D modeling or related fields.
Skills:
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Rhino.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Ability to create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing models.
Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray or Lumion is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is beneficial.
