Job Description:
The Assembly Line Assembler in Lusail is responsible for assembling parts and components on a production line to manufacture finished products efficiently and accurately. The role involves following detailed work instructions, using hand tools and machinery, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
Key duties include identifying and preparing parts, fitting and fastening components, inspecting assemblies for quality, and reporting any defects or production issues. The assembler ensures all products meet quality standards and specifications while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work at a fast pace are critical to success in this role. The assembler must adhere to safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. This position supports Lusail’s manufacturing industry by contributing to timely and quality production processes.
Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in assembly line or manufacturing operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
Good eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Language: Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
