Job Description:
The Coating Line Technician at Al Rayyan operates and monitors coating production lines to ensure the efficient application of protective and decorative coatings on various products. This role involves setting up and adjusting coating machinery, monitoring line speed, and inspecting products for quality defects such as uneven coatings, bubbles, or peeling.
The technician is responsible for maintaining the coating equipment, performing routine troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs. They must ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards concerning the use of solvents, chemicals, and waste disposal.
Daily duties include recording production data, performing quality checks, and collaborating with production supervisors to meet output targets while minimizing waste and downtime. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential for maintaining the consistency and durability of coatings.
The Coating Line Technician plays a key role in supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring high-quality finished products that meet customer specifications.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or vocational training in industrial coating, production technology, or related field preferred.
Experience: At least 1-3 years working on coating or production lines in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Knowledge of coating materials, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Ability to adjust machinery and monitor quality standards.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in recording and interpreting production data.
