Job Description:
The Assembly Line Helper in Al Wukair supports production line activities by assisting skilled assemblers in putting together products according to company standards. The role involves preparing materials, delivering components to assembly stations, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production line. Helpers aid in the inspection of assembled parts for basic defects and assist with packing finished products.
This position requires close coordination with production supervisors and quality inspectors to meet daily production targets efficiently. The helper may also be responsible for cleaning the workstation, organizing tools, and maintaining workplace safety and hygiene. The role demands attentiveness to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions under time constraints.
The Assembly Line Helper helps to reduce downtime by supporting equipment setup and troubleshooting minor issues, enabling uninterrupted production. Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
