Job Description:
The Compression Molding Technician in Al Wukair is responsible for operating compression molding machines used to shape materials such as rubber, plastics, and composites into finished products. The technician sets up and adjusts equipment parameters, loads molds, monitors the molding process, and ensures quality standards are met.
Key tasks include preparing molds, controlling temperature and pressure settings, inspecting molded parts for defects, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and recording production data. The technician collaborates closely with quality assurance teams to address product inconsistencies and improve manufacturing efficiency.
This position requires technical knowledge of compression molding processes, precision in machine operation, and strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure product quality. The role contributes to the manufacturing sector by producing reliable components that meet industrial specifications.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or vocational training in manufacturing or molding technologies.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in compression molding or similar manufacturing processes.
Skills:

Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
