Job Description:
The Batch Production Operator in Doha is responsible for managing and overseeing the production of batches according to specified manufacturing processes. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring batch parameters, and ensuring the correct quantities of raw materials are used to achieve high-quality products.
Operators handle the preparation, execution, and completion of batch runs while adhering to safety and quality standards. They work closely with quality control teams to perform in-process checks and report any deviations or issues. The position requires maintaining production records, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production schedules. The Batch Production Operator also plays a key role in maintaining a safe work environment and following good manufacturing practices (GMP) specific to the industry.
Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in production or manufacturing is advantageous.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in batch production or a related manufacturing role.
Skills:
Knowledge of batch processing techniques and machinery operation.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and production protocols.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and GMP.
Competence in recording and maintaining production logs.
Language: Good communication skills in English or Arabic.
