Job Description:

The Brand Creative Director in Al Gharrafa, Qatar, leads the creative vision and brand identity development across multiple platforms including digital, print, advertising, and experiential design. This leadership role involves managing creative teams, overseeing concept development, and ensuring consistency in visual storytelling that aligns with brand values and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include setting the visual tone for campaigns, supervising designers and copywriters, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing, product, and executive teams. Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Branding, or related discipline.

Experience: 7+ years in a senior creative role with a strong leadership portfolio.

Skills:

Expertise in brand development, visual storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creative presentation tools.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and conceptualization skills.

Ability to work across diverse mediums and cultures.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
