Job Description:
The Business Data Analyst in Al Rayyan is responsible for interpreting business data and generating insights that support operational efficiency and strategic planning within the BPO environment. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help decision-makers optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes and trends, creating dashboards and reports, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis. The analyst works closely with operations, finance, quality assurance, and IT teams to ensure that data-driven decisions align with client expectations and company goals. This role may also involve contributing to automation initiatives and supporting project evaluation.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in BPO or service industries.
Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to visualize and communicate data insights clearly.
Familiarity with business operations and KPIs in a BPO setting.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
