Job Description:
The Business Transition Lead in Lusail is responsible for managing the seamless migration of business processes, services, and operations from clients or internal departments into the BPO delivery environment. This role ensures that transitions are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption and in alignment with contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include developing transition plans, conducting risk assessments, coordinating knowledge transfer activities, and managing stakeholder expectations. The Transition Lead oversees cross-functional teams including operations, IT, HR, and training to ensure resource readiness, infrastructure availability, and process alignment. The role also involves monitoring post-transition performance, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring that transition goals and service levels are met. Accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal governance frameworks are critical.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in business transition or project management roles within the BPO or shared services industry.
Skills:
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in transition methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
Knowledge of SLA, KPI, and process documentation requirements.
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
