Job Description:
The Business Efficiency Consultant in Al Thakhira is tasked with evaluating and enhancing organizational performance through strategic process improvements and resource optimization within a KPO environment. This role partners with internal departments and client-facing teams to analyze workflows, streamline operations, and drive productivity gains aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting business diagnostics, identifying inefficiencies across functional areas, proposing tailored solutions, and implementing best practices in operations, technology usage, and resource management. The consultant develops performance benchmarks, leads continuous improvement workshops, and supports change management initiatives. Delivering cost-benefit analyses and performance reports for executive decision-making is also a central aspect of the role.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an asset.
Experience: 5+ years in business consulting, operational improvement, or performance management—preferably in a KPO, BPO, or shared services environment.
Skills:
Expertise in process reengineering and performance benchmarking.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and clients.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
