Job Description:
The Client Account Executive in Umm Salal is responsible for managing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention within the BPO environment. This role involves acting as a primary contact point between clients and service delivery teams, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, managing service delivery expectations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalations, and facilitating contract renewals. The executive also monitors account performance through regular reporting and feedback, identifies upselling opportunities, and assists in developing client proposals. Collaboration with sales, operations, and quality teams is essential to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in client account management or customer service roles within a BPO or related industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Understanding of BPO service delivery and KPIs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
