Job Description:
The Claims Operations Associate in Mesaieed plays a key role in processing, reviewing, and managing insurance claims for clients served within a BPO framework. This position ensures that all claim transactions are accurately handled, documented, and resolved in compliance with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Primary responsibilities include reviewing claim submissions, verifying supporting documentation, entering data into claims systems, coordinating with insurance providers, and communicating with clients or beneficiaries regarding claim statuses. The associate works closely with quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and identify areas for process improvement. Timely escalation of complex or disputed claims is also required.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or customer service within a BPO or insurance setting.
Skills:
Strong data entry and analytical skills.
Familiarity with insurance claims processes and terminology.
Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office tools.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
