Job Description:
The Business Projects Lead in Al Shamal is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects that support the growth and operational efficiency of the BPO organization. This role involves managing project lifecycles from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include defining project scopes, developing detailed plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress against timelines and budgets. The lead collaborates with cross-functional teams such as operations, IT, finance, and client services to drive process improvements, technology implementations, and change management initiatives. Risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting are critical components of this role.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in project management or business transformation roles, preferably in BPO or related service industries.
Skills:
Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
