The Cultural Outreach Specialist is responsible for expanding the reach and impact of cultural initiatives and institutions within Doha, Qatar. This role involves developing and executing strategies to engage diverse communities, build partnerships, and promote cultural understanding and participation. Key duties include identifying new audiences, designing tailored outreach programs, coordinating collaborative events with educational and community organizations, and managing communication campaigns to highlight cultural offerings.

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Public Relations, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cultural outreach, community engagement, public programming, or a similar role, preferably within a cultural institution, museum, or government body.
Skills:
Proven ability to design and implement effective outreach strategies and community-focused programs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to build rapport and establish lasting partnerships.
Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local customs and diverse community needs in Qatar.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
Proficiency in digital outreach tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication within Qatar's diverse cultural landscape.
