Job Description:
The Immersive Experience Creator in Mesaieed, Qatar, is responsible for designing engaging, multisensory environments that blend digital technologies with physical spaces to captivate audiences. Whether for cultural exhibits, branded events, entertainment venues, or educational installations, this role turns abstract concepts into interactive experiences using tools like AR/VR, projection mapping, spatial audio, and motion sensing.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams of designers, technologists, content creators, and developers to conceptualize and produce immersive narratives. The creator guides the development of interactive journeys, ensuring that technical execution aligns with storytelling and user engagement goals. Prototyping, user testing, and iterative design are central to this role, alongside managing vendor relationships and production timelines.

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design, Interactive Media, Digital Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in immersive design, experience design, or multimedia installations.
Skills:
Proficiency in immersive tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, etc.).
Strong understanding of spatial design and sensory interaction.
Creative storytelling and visual communication expertise.
Ability to manage complex production workflows.
Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is advantageous.
