Job Description:
The UX Product Designer in Al Rayyan, Qatar, is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital product experiences across web, mobile, and software platforms. This role involves understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and designing interactive solutions that improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key duties include conducting user research and usability testing, developing wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with product managers and developers, and ensuring the final design aligns with user needs and brand objectives. The designer applies UX best practices to optimize information architecture, user flows, and interface consistency, enhancing both function and aesthetic appeal.
This position is pivotal in the design and tech industries, helping organizations deliver accessible, engaging, and effective digital products that resonate with Qatar’s diverse and digitally connected population.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in UX/UI or digital product design with a professional portfolio.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong grasp of UX principles, usability testing, and responsive design.
Experience creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Language: English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile-first design.
