Job Description:
We are hiring an Agricultural Laborer for seasonal and year-round fieldwork in the rural zones near Madrid. You will be involved in soil preparation, planting, watering, weeding, pest control, and harvesting. You may also support greenhouse operations and help package produce for local markets.
This is an outdoor role requiring long hours of physical work, often in hot or cold weather, depending on the season and crop cycle.
Job Requirement:
Prior farm work experience is preferred but not essential. You must be physically fit, able to follow planting or irrigation schedules, and comfortable working with natural fertilizers or chemicals under supervision.
Spanish fluency is required. Knowledge of local crops, simple tools like hoes or pruning shears, and a willingness to handle repetitive tasks is essential. Flexibility in working hours and ability to lift moderate loads are important.
