No qualifications necessary. Prior experience on building sites is a plus. You must be able to handle manual work, work outdoors, and support skilled tradespeople efficiently.
Spanish fluency is mandatory. You should be safety-conscious, reliable, and respectful of on-site rules and schedules. Availability for early morning starts and occasional weekend work is expected.
