Job Description:
We are looking for a Building Site Helper to assist with daily construction activities on various projects throughout Barcelona. Your responsibilities include preparing construction materials, cleaning up debris, transporting tools, and supporting workers on scaffolds or ladders.
You will also help set up work areas, follow blueprints under guidance, and ensure all tools and machinery are returned to storage at the end of the day.
Job Requirement:
A high level of physical endurance and willingness to take instruction is required. Previous experience on a construction site is an advantage but not mandatory. You must be attentive to safety signs and use tools responsibly.
Spanish fluency is necessary. Applicants should have teamwork skills, time flexibility, and a responsible attitude toward workplace safety. Experience with hand tools, simple measurements, and assisting skilled workers will be helpful.
