Job Description:
We are hiring a Building Maintenance Assistant for our facility in Granada. This role includes assisting with the upkeep and repair of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Daily responsibilities include performing minor repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and supporting the head technician.
You will also be responsible for routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe and operational. Flexibility in scheduling and a readiness to respond to urgent repair tasks are required.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have basic knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures. Prior experience in general maintenance is highly desirable. A vocational diploma in electrical, mechanical, or related field is an advantage.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. You must be physically capable of lifting tools and equipment and climbing ladders. A strong work ethic and respect for safety protocols are a must.
