Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Site Assistant to provide on-ground support to site supervisors and skilled laborers at a residential project in Seville. You’ll assist with loading materials, mixing cement, preparing tools, and general labor support during construction work.
The role is hands-on and requires a strong work ethic. You will be involved in different phases of site activity and must work well as part of a team.
Job Requirement:
No formal education required. Experience in construction or labor-intensive environments is preferred. You should be physically fit, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures on-site.
Fluent Spanish is necessary. Ability to lift heavy materials and basic knowledge of tools and site equipment is expected. Hard hat and protective gear will be provided. You must follow instructions carefully and cooperate with other trades.
