Job Description:
We are hiring a Construction Laborer for on-site building and renovation projects across Seville. You will assist with digging, lifting, unloading materials, setting up scaffolding, and operating basic construction tools. You’ll also work closely with skilled tradespeople such as masons, carpenters, and electricians to help them carry out their tasks safely and efficiently.
You will maintain site cleanliness, move materials to work zones, and follow supervisor instructions throughout each shift. This is a physically demanding role that plays a vital part in timely project completion.
Job Requirement:
No formal education is required, but prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred. You must be physically strong, comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions, and able to lift heavy loads.
Spanish fluency is essential. You should be able to follow safety procedures, work in teams, and handle tools like shovels, wheelbarrows, and drills. Knowledge of PPE and willingness to work early or long shifts is expected.
