Job Description:
The Aisle Stocking Assistant in Abu Dhabi is responsible for ensuring the timely replenishment of merchandise along store aisles to maintain full and orderly shelves for customers. This role supports the overall retail operation by facilitating smooth product flow from stockroom to sales floor, helping maximize product availability and customer satisfaction.
Key duties involve retrieving products from the warehouse or stockroom, transporting them safely to assigned aisles, and placing items neatly and correctly on shelves according to planograms and store guidelines. The assistant monitors shelf inventory levels, identifies fast-moving or low-stock items, and communicates replenishment needs to supervisors.
The role also includes rotating stock to ensure product freshness, checking for damaged or expired goods, and maintaining clean and organized aisle spaces. The Aisle Stocking Assistant collaborates closely with store managers, inventory teams, and other floor staff to prioritize replenishment during peak shopping periods or promotional campaigns.
Physical endurance and attention to detail are essential due to the manual nature of the work and the need to handle various product types safely. The assistant must adhere to safety protocols, store policies, and hygiene standards, especially in food aisles.

Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail stocking or replenishment preferred.
Skills: Organizational ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and safe handling of stock.
Other Requirements: Physically able to lift and move goods, comfortable standing for long periods, flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
