The Delivery Coordination Worker plays a key role in managing and overseeing the daily delivery operations of a retail or e-commerce environment. This position is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers or between stores. Core duties include receiving delivery requests, organizing dispatch schedules, communicating with delivery drivers, and updating tracking systems. The worker acts as a liaison between store management, delivery personnel, and customers to coordinate smooth and efficient order fulfillment. This involves confirming product availability, managing route optimization, and addressing delays, missed deliveries, or customer complaints. The role also includes maintaining delivery logs, preparing necessary documentation, and following up on pending shipments. The Delivery Coordination Worker monitors compliance with safety and handling protocols and may support loading or unloading operations when required. They may also be responsible for reconciling daily delivery records with inventory movement and submitting regular reports to logistics supervisors. Job Requirement:
