Job Description:
We are hiring an Asphalt Paving Operator for road construction operations across Dubai. This role involves operating advanced paving machines to apply asphalt mixtures evenly across surfaces like roads, bridges, and parking lots. The operator will manage machine speed, temperature, screed control, and flow adjustments to ensure a smooth and consistent finish.
You will be expected to conduct pre-start inspections, ensure uniform thickness and compaction, and monitor material feed while coordinating with truck drivers and roller operators. Accuracy in paving width, depth, and slope settings is critical. Working under the supervision of site engineers, you’ll contribute to the quality and durability of the final road surface.
This is a field-based role that requires awareness of safety standards, machine settings, and responsiveness to site conditions such as terrain, weather, and traffic. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of operating under heat exposure, and comfortable working overtime or during night operations if required.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience operating asphalt paver machines and hold a valid UAE operator permit. Familiarity with automated screeds, hot mix asphalt materials, and road construction standards in Dubai is essential. Ability to maintain machine calibration, read project specifications, and work in coordination with paving crews is required. Attention to surface quality, thickness, and slope alignment is critical.
