Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Compact Loader Operator for construction and material handling activities across Sharjah. The role focuses on operating compact wheel or track loaders to move aggregates, soil, construction debris, and other materials across confined or uneven site areas.
The operator will be responsible for inspecting the loader before use, safely maneuvering around active construction zones, and using loader attachments for trenching, lifting, or backfilling work. Key responsibilities also include keeping loading areas organized, assisting in ground preparation tasks, and cooperating with team members and site supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
You will be expected to manage operations under tight schedules, navigate through small workspaces, and follow safety guidelines while working near other heavy machinery and personnel. Basic maintenance, including oiling, lubrication, and filter checks, is part of the daily routine. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in busy site environments.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience operating compact or skid steer loaders, preferably in infrastructure or urban development projects. A valid UAE operator’s license for compact machinery is required. Operators must be familiar with loader controls, bucket alignment, and attachment handling. Experience working in space-restricted areas and under high-tempo construction schedules will be advantageous. A safety-first mindset and strong coordination with other site equipment are critical for this position.
