Job Description:
We are looking for a precise and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ajman. The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines such as milling, turning, and drilling centers to produce precision metal and plastic components. The role includes machine setup, operation, and basic programming adjustments to ensure high-quality production aligned with engineering specifications.
Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to program and set tool paths, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and ensuring correct feed and speed rates. The operator must inspect workpieces using precision measuring instruments, perform first-article and in-process quality checks, and make real-time machine adjustments to ensure parts meet tolerance and finish requirements. Additionally, the operator will troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues and maintain machine logs and daily production reports.
The role requires effective time management to meet production targets while adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards. Operators must also work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and quality control teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail, consistency in operations, and the ability to work independently are essential traits for this position.

Job Requirement:
