Job Description:
The Batch Mixing Operator in Dubai is responsible for preparing production batches by combining raw materials according to precise specifications and formulations. This role is commonly found in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, adhesives, and coatings, where product consistency and quality are vital. The operator reads and interprets batch production records, measures raw materials using scales and measuring devices, and loads them into mixing vessels or reactors. They monitor the entire blending process—adjusting speed, temperature, and mixing time—while ensuring that equipment functions properly. A key responsibility is documenting each batch, including materials used, process parameters, and any deviations or adjustments made. The operator must be vigilant in identifying product inconsistencies or abnormalities, reporting them promptly to the production supervisor. In addition to operating mixers, the operator is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the mixing equipment, conducting pre-operation checks, and following strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination or accidents. This role also involves coordinating with warehouse staff for raw material requisition and with quality control teams to ensure batch samples are collected and tested appropriately. The position requires physical stamina, precision, and the ability to work within a structured and time-sensitive manufacturing environment. The Batch Mixing Operator is a key contributor to maintaining high-quality output and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or vocational training in chemical processing, food technology, or manufacturing operations. Previous experience in a batch mixing or production operator role is strongly preferred. The ability to follow detailed instructions, handle measuring tools, and operate mixing or blending equipment is essential. Candidates must be able to work in physically demanding conditions, have good observation and documentation skills, and follow safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures. Basic computer skills and the ability to complete batch records accurately are also beneficial.
