Job Description:
The Carton Packing Technician in Dubai is responsible for the final packaging of manufactured products into cartons, ensuring each item is properly protected, labeled, and prepared for storage or distribution. Working at the packaging end of the production line, this technician ensures that products meet quantity, weight, and visual standards before they are packed. Responsibilities include folding and assembling cartons, sealing them securely, labeling each box with relevant tracking information, and stacking them on pallets according to layout guidelines. The technician conducts quality checks on both the product and packaging to confirm conformity with specifications, preventing shipment of defective or improperly packed goods. The role also involves updating packing logs, reporting shortages or damages, and coordinating with the inventory and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch. This position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintain cleanliness at the packaging station, and ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience (1–2 years) in packaging or production environments is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced settings, physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety.
