Job Description:
The BI (Business Intelligence) Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. This role involves gathering business requirements, integrating data from multiple systems, and creating visualizations using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. The analyst collaborates with business units to understand performance drivers, monitor KPIs, and provide analytical support for decision-making. Daily responsibilities include writing SQL queries, creating data models, ensuring data accuracy, and troubleshooting reporting issues. The analyst plays a key role in automating reporting processes and improving data accessibility across the organization. They also provide user training, maintain documentation, and stay updated on BI trends and technologies. In Dubai’s dynamic business landscape, the role is essential for supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across sectors like retail, logistics, finance, or healthcare.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or business intelligence is required. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles, with strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical. Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and business processes is an advantage.
