Job Description:
The Client Account Executive manages day-to-day client interactions and supports the execution of services across active accounts for a KPO/BPO operation based in Al Ain. This role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing service inquiries, ensuring SLA delivery, and resolving issues promptly. The executive assists in preparing account updates, business reports, and meeting summaries, while also helping track campaign or process performance. Coordination with internal delivery, quality assurance, and analytics teams is vital to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. The executive also plays a role in upselling opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients through timely responsiveness and service transparency. In Al Ain’s increasingly client-focused outsourcing landscape, this position serves as a key link between client success and internal efficiency, building trust and enabling high-touch service delivery.
Job Requirement:
A degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred, along with 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account coordination in the BPO/KPO sector. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM tools, performance reporting, and client engagement strategies is highly desirable.
