Job Description:
The Business Transformation Manager leads strategic change initiatives that improve organizational performance, digital maturity, and long-term competitiveness. This role involves planning and executing transformation projects across business units, such as digital transformation, process reengineering, restructuring, or cultural change initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing current state operations, defining target operating models, engaging stakeholders, developing roadmaps, and managing transformation governance frameworks. The manager works closely with executives, consultants, and IT teams to implement scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals. This includes change management planning, communications, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking using KPIs. In Dubai’s innovation-driven economy, the role also entails keeping up with emerging technologies and ensuring sustainable transformation in highly dynamic sectors such as finance, real estate, logistics, and government.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management consulting, or strategy is required. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in transformation leadership, management consulting, or enterprise strategy. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational design experience are essential. Familiarity with UAE business culture and public-private transformation programs is advantageous.
