Job Description:
The Business Projects Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives within a BPO/KPO organization in Dubai. This role ensures that projects align with business goals, meet timeline and budget expectations, and deliver measurable value. Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, coordinating with stakeholders across departments (operations, IT, HR, finance), identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to organizational frameworks. The lead develops detailed project plans, assigns responsibilities, tracks milestones, and ensures that resources are optimized throughout the process. They also handle project documentation, change control, and communication protocols. The role may involve client engagement on external projects or transformation programs that affect service delivery, digital adoption, or process reengineering. In Dubai’s dynamic outsourcing ecosystem, the Business Projects Lead plays a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and sustained business growth through structured project execution.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required, with 5–8 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably in BPO/KPO or professional services. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) is essential. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
