Job Description:
The Business Transition Lead is responsible for managing the seamless transition of new business processes, client accounts, or technology implementations into live operations within a BPO setup in Al Ain. This role focuses on planning, coordination, execution, and stabilization of transitions from the pre-sales stage through to steady-state delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting transition risk assessments, creating project plans, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The Transition Lead works closely with client stakeholders, delivery heads, HR, IT, and training teams to ensure infrastructure readiness, process documentation, and knowledge transfer. This role also involves managing pilot runs, monitoring performance KPIs during ramp-up, and ensuring smooth handover to the operations team. In Al Ain’s fast-developing BPO sector, the Business Transition Lead ensures organizational preparedness and risk mitigation during service onboarding, enabling smooth client integration and operational stability.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in project management, business operations, or IT is required, with 5–7 years of experience in BPO transitions or project delivery. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable. Candidates must have excellent stakeholder communication skills, risk management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple transition streams under tight deadlines. Familiarity with transition frameworks, service mapping, and change management is essential.
