Job Description:
The Business Process Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across various departments in a BPO/KPO setup based in Ajman. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation or workflow enhancements, and ensuring operational scalability. The manager works cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, and client teams to evaluate existing processes and introduce industry best practices that improve turnaround time, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting workflows, conducting process audits, analyzing key performance indicators, and managing the lifecycle of process improvement projects. The Business Process Manager may also lead digital transformation initiatives, support compliance programs, and ensure that all process changes align with company strategy and client objectives. This role is especially critical in Ajman’s growing service sector, where businesses rely on optimized workflows to maintain competitiveness and meet rapidly evolving client demands.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business process management, industrial engineering, or operations. At least 6–8 years of experience in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, or operational excellence is expected. Proficiency in BPM tools, automation platforms, and KPI analysis is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience leading cross-functional teams are also required.
