We are seeking a highly motivated Biotech Research Scientist to join our innovative biotechnology team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced research in molecular biology, genetic engineering, and bio-pharmaceutical development. You will work on designing and executing laboratory experiments, analyzing biological samples, and developing solutions to improve drug formulations, diagnostic tools, or agricultural biotech products.
Key responsibilities include planning and performing experiments, maintaining detailed records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role also involves staying current with emerging scientific literature and integrating novel technologies into existing research pipelines. Strong knowledge of PCR, CRISPR, gene cloning, protein expression, and bioinformatics is essential.
