The Concrete Spraying Technician in Dubai is responsible for operating specialized spraying equipment to apply concrete or shotcrete on mining tunnels, walls, and other surfaces. This role is critical for reinforcing structural stability and preventing rock falls in mining and construction environments.
Key responsibilities include preparing the spraying equipment, mixing concrete materials, and applying uniform layers of concrete as per engineering specifications. The technician monitors the quality of application, adjusts spray parameters, and ensures adherence to safety guidelines throughout the process. Routine maintenance and cleaning of the spraying equipment are also part of the job.
Working in enclosed, often dusty environments, the technician must wear appropriate protective gear and follow strict safety protocols. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina are essential for successful performance.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a high school diploma or vocational training in construction or mining. Experience with concrete spraying or shotcrete application is preferred.
