Job Description:

The Earthmoving Dozer Driver in Al Ain operates bulldozers and similar heavy machinery to move earth, clear land, and assist in excavation and mining operations. This role is critical for preparing mining sites, maintaining haul roads, and supporting extraction activities by ensuring efficient earthmoving and site shaping.

Key duties include maneuvering the dozer to push, level, and grade soil and rock according to project specifications, clearing debris, and assisting with site preparation. The operator performs pre-operation checks, basic maintenance like lubrication, and reports any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Close coordination with site supervisors and other operators ensures smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires strong attention to safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Effective communication and situational awareness are vital to prevent accidents and maintain productivity.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold certification or training in heavy equipment operation, particularly bulldozers. Previous experience driving earthmoving dozers in mining or construction settings is preferred. Physical fitness, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
