Job Description:
The Laminating Machine Operator in Ajman is responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machines that apply protective or decorative films onto substrates like paper, fabric, plastic, or metal sheets. The operator prepares and sets up the machine by adjusting temperature, pressure, speed, and alignment settings based on job specifications and material requirements. Duties include loading raw materials, continuously monitoring the lamination process to ensure proper adhesion and surface finish, and making real-time adjustments to prevent defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment. The operator inspects the final laminated products for quality, rejecting defective items, and reports any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the maintenance team.
