We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the operations of our flagship store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve KPIs and deliver superior customer experience.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and manage replenishment.
Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, HR, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail analytics.

A Retail Store Manager in a UAE city is expected to possess a strong blend of leadership, operational, and customer service skills. Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, is essential.
Proficiency in inventory management, staff supervision, sales analysis, and budget handling is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and team members. Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software is also important.
Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented thinking, and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment are critical. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts is often expected. A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and KPIs will be highly regarded.
