Job Description:
We are hiring Farm Laborers to support agricultural activities in Sharjah. As a Seasonal Agricultural Worker, you will assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops during peak seasons, ensuring that farm operations run efficiently and meet production targets.
Your daily tasks will include preparing fields by clearing debris, digging, and soil conditioning, as well as planting seeds or seedlings according to instructions. During the growing season, you will help water, fertilize, and protect crops from pests or diseases. When harvest time arrives, you will be responsible for picking fruits, vegetables, or other produce carefully and transporting them to storage or packing areas.
This role requires physical stamina and endurance, as it involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, repetitive manual labor, bending, lifting, and standing for long hours. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure quality and minimize crop damage.
You will work closely with farm supervisors and other laborers to maintain productivity and cleanliness on the farm. Teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn about agricultural practices will help you succeed.
